Qi gong

Qi Gong (often also written as Chi Kung) means: “Energie exercise”. It is s holistic way of physical exercise and was developed over hundreds of years in old China. Qi Gong is based on the old knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and offers a great health benefit. This benefit is nowadays also recognized by western, modern scientists and Medics. Qi Gong has been shown to improve posture, mental concentration, and active relaxation.

There is a large number of different Qi Gong exercise systems.

Tai Chi Chuan

Tai Chi is based on different sequences of movement, which is concentrated in relaxed, flowing movements.

By practicing Tai Chi we can feel the connection with all living things. The Chi, the life energy flows through us and reflects our relationship with animals, plants, and all-natural phenomena.

We become permeable, feel conscious, and fit into related rhythms such as day and night, our breath, awakening, and tiring.

The yin-yang principle can be experienced, and imbalances can be felt and brought into balance.

You learn and experience the authentic Yang style of the “International Tai Chi Chuan Association” (ITCCA.com). That means you can learn and develop what you have learned in many European countries in a local Tai Chi school.

Tai Chi is good for your health

Would you like to do something for your health and fitness on vacation? Individually tailored to you, you can take hourly classes in Tai Chi or Qigong and enjoy the sea and mountains. Individual and group lessons are possible.

Beach and sea invite you to relax, the mountains for (guided) mountain tours. Qualified Tai Chi Chuan, Qi Gong, and mindfulness training can be combined with other activities. You choose which offers you want to take up and to what extent. You will also receive offers for day tours to historical and archaeological sites. Enjoy an eventful and healthy vacation. The mountain village in the Peloponnese

All offers take place in a Greek mountain village in the Peloponnese above Kalamata. You will find a rural environment in the middle of olive groves with goats, sheep, and chickens. Surrounded by mountains up to 1800 m with a wide view of the hilly landscape and the sea. The city of Kalamata and the long beach is 8 km away. Other small bathing bays are nearby and invite you to linger.

Your accommodation in the Peloponnese

For your accommodation there is either a cozy 2 room apartment for max. 4 people or holiday apartment for max. 6 people with terrace and a breathtaking sea view to choose from.
